Connections

An important part of the GCSE Art course is making ‘Connections’ between your work and that of other artists, designers and crafts people. The connection made may relate to theme, composition, interesting use of materials and techniques or whose work you wish to gain a better understanding of. Students spend a great deal of time and care presenting their Connections pages. The written analysis is as important as the drawn studies. Students should be  analysing the art work and making clear connections with their own work.
